This morning I decided to look at my weight on the scale as if I woke up a year ago and weighed myself. I would have a feeling of miraculous wonder! Amazement and awe! It is working so far.

About Me
- Name: Cindy
- Location: Midwest, United States
Losing weight, gaining insight, maintaining weight loss, and blogging since 2006. By taking care of the underlying causes of my overeating and eating less, of course, I lost around 60 pounds by the Summer of 2008. I acheived a normal body mass index for the first time in years. Then I fluctuated within about 12 lbs of my lowest weight for over four years. In 2013, I had a couple of surgeries that altered my lifestyle and diet. I gained 10 more pounds. Now it is time to get to my happy weight! So for 100 days I am using the South Beach diet plan, and exercising each day at least 1//2 hour or more with a minimum of two days with 1 hour or more of exercise. Share the joy with me!

I'm sorry to hear you've been so sick. Hope you are on the downhill to getting better.
I like your approach, and your quote from your previous post, about your bad days now being better than your good days back then. I need to look at myself like that, too. Major fattitude in my life right now, too. It bites.
But at least I'm not alone. Thanks for writing about what you are going through.
