Losing weight, gaining insight, maintaining weight loss, and blogging since 2006. By taking care of the underlying causes of my overeating and eating less, of course, I lost around 60 pounds by the Summer of 2008. I acheived a normal body mass index for the first time in years. Then I fluctuated within about 12 lbs of my lowest weight for over four years. In 2013, I had a couple of surgeries that altered my lifestyle and diet. I gained 10 more pounds. Now it is time to get to my happy weight! So for 100 days I am using the South Beach diet plan, and exercising each day at least 1//2 hour or more with a minimum of two days with 1 hour or more of exercise. Share the joy with me!

Wow. You really have a talent for taking pictures.
A meditation book with photos. I will buy the first copy. Is that your feeder? I have one also. The little buggers are frozen to the perches.
Oh my gosh, that's a gorgeous photo. You are so talented. (And kind; putting up the feeders for the hummingbirds.)
