Losing weight, gaining insight, maintaining weight loss, and blogging since 2006. By taking care of the underlying causes of my overeating and eating less, of course, I lost around 60 pounds by the Summer of 2008. I acheived a normal body mass index for the first time in years. Then I fluctuated within about 12 lbs of my lowest weight for over four years. In 2013, I had a couple of surgeries that altered my lifestyle and diet. I gained 10 more pounds. Now it is time to get to my happy weight! So for 100 days I am using the South Beach diet plan, and exercising each day at least 1//2 hour or more with a minimum of two days with 1 hour or more of exercise. Share the joy with me!

Work to not let the lost pictures be the memory of the whole trip.
Glad you had a good time. From the pictures - the weather must have been good.
I know you said that longer shorts are not flattering to your legs. I know you have said that you feel self conscious (sp?) in shorts. Have you tried just plain skirts? My "go to" item of clothing - all summer - has been a jean's skirt. On those days when I might turn to something like sweats (which I no longer own) - I wear my jean's skirt and feel great.
